They operate a mobile clinic ('Clinic on Wheels') manned by volunteers that provide free eye care, ophthalmic surgery, medication, and eyeglasses to the indigent people in the Philippines.

A non-profit, Christian, humanitarian organization founded in 1981 by Jamie and Jacque Spence that the serve remote Pacific Islands with the much-needed health care for the island people, continuing education for island health care workers, and supplies and equipment for island hospitals. Missions are staffed by a pool of volunteer medical and dental professionals who serve from two to six weeks at a time.

Cambodian Health Professionals Association of America (CHPAA) is a non-profit humanitarian organization that provides ongoing service and education to medically underserved Cambodians living in the U.S. and in Cambodia. Each year CHPAA sends a team of healthcare professionals for a two-week trip to Cambodia as part of their annual medical mission. In addition, CHPAA also works with local organizations and hospitals to address the need of people whose health is challenged by poverty and poor access to health care.
